William Chad Newsom is a # 1 bestselling audiobook narrator, and has been heard on over 1,000 radio stations worldwide as part of the cast of Surround Bible: The Real Story of Christmas and Surround Bible: The True Story of Easter, with the latter also featured in the Museum of the Bible.
He studied the art and craft of audio drama at the Audio Drama Institute, learning from the creators, writers, actors, sound designers, and musicians behind the legendary Adventures in Odyssey radio drama. And, along with Kenny Sargent of Sargent Family Productions and Phil Lollar, writer, director and creator of Adventures in Odyssey, Chad co-hosts the Story is Everything podcast, which premiered with a live show at Sonic Con 2026.
Chad has produced several podcasts and written and produced music for both podcasts and audiobooks. He has written or contributed to twelve books, including two novels and a book on JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis. One novel was translated into Turkish, and he contributed to a French language book on Tolkien.
Chad and his wife Angela have been married for 33 years and have seven children and one grandchild. They live in a cabin on a hill in the woods deep in the Southern countryside.
Let William Chad Newsom bring your project to life with what one of his clients called "an exceptional blend of emotion and precision."

It seems everyone these days has a podcast, so make yours stand out with original music, voiceover, and a custom logo. I can create video shorts for your YouTube channel or other platforms to help you monetize your company or show, set up a website for your podcast, compose, perform, and produce unique music that no one else will have, and create powerful, dramatic intros (audio or video) to set up your show's main content. I can also edit, master, and polish each episode for maximum professional impact, and create special outros or promotional segments with CTAs (Calls to Action) to highlight your books, conferences, products, special events, merch, concerts, or anything else you want your audience to know about.
Check out the first minute or so of the video below for an example: I created the logo and intro video for this podcast. I also arranged, performed, and produced the music, voiced the announcer at the beginning, and created the thumbnail image.
